A first-class postgraduate in Telugu, English, and Music, and an awardee of “Visesha Puraskara” in Sangeeta Alankara, she trained under the legendary Sri P.V.S. Seshaiah Sastry Garu. As an "A" grade artiste in Akashvani and Doordarshan, she has delivered hundreds of concerts across India's premier cultural centers and performed internationally in countries like Singapore, UK, and Dubai. Ms. Sarada's talent was recognized early with two district-level gold medals. As an educator, they have nurtured students across institutions including Dr. Besant English Medium School in Vizianagaram and Andhra Balandam in Hyderabad. Currently, she serves as a music teacher at St. John’s Regional Seminary and continue to mentor students online. Dannana Srilakshmi is a versatile Carnatic vocalist whose vibrant journey in music is marked by accolades, international performances, and unwavering dedication to the art. A gold medalist from SPMVV and a Diploma holder from P.S. Telugu University, she refined her skills under the tutelage of Sri P.V.Seshiah Sastry Garu for over seven years. Since 2011, she has served as a music trainer at IIIT Idupulapaya under RGUKT, nurturing budding talent with excellence.

Her musical footprint spans prestigious stages across the Telugu states and North India, including Tirumala’s Nadaneerajanam and Shirdi Saibaba Temple. Gayatri is also a passionate mentor, shaping the next generation of musicians with dedication and grace.

Raised in an environment steeped in tradition and musical excellence, Sushma Putcha—founder of Carnatic Melodies—was profoundly shaped by her father, Guru Sri P.V.S. Seshaiah Sastry, and Mother Smt. Padma. Her fathers passionate guidance of hundreds of disciples ignited in her deep reverence for Carnatic music. While she initially carved out a successful career in Information Technology, with roles at industry leaders like Oracle, CA Technologies, with initial start at research university IISc Bangalore. Sushma’s entrepreneurial spirit and heartfelt connection to the classical arts inspired her to create Carnatic Melodies. Drawing from her technical acumen, a Master’s in Information Systems, she envisioned a learning space where tradition meets innovation—one that offers authentic, enriching, and holistic musical education to learners around the world.
